The goal of Partshoff GmbH is to provide customers with high-quality products. That is why our engineers pay a lot of attention to quality control and testing of the products. Each product goes through thorough control and conforms to high quality standards. Strict control gives us confidence that our customers get the spare parts that live up to RIDZEL standards. Although we are sure about our products’ quality, me do everything to make our customers feel protected, so we offer a one-year or 35,000-kilometer warranty for all RIDZEL products.

Warranty Provisions

  • RIDZEL warranty covers all types of defects in material or workmanship.
  • The company undertakes to replace a substandard product or refund its cost, except for extra costs, such as mounting and dismounting or the cost of replacement products.
  • When considering a request for a replacement or a refund we may need the documents proving your purchase or service works.
  • If you choose to mount our parts by yourself, the term of the warranty will be 6 months, and the company may require the documents proving the fact of the purchase.
